Patch buzzer is generally used on small electronic devices, such as Bluetooth, reversing radar, personal medical equipment, etc. Therefore, in order to ensure their use effect, we also need to pay attention to the key points when testing the buzzer at ordinary times,
1. The surface of the buzzer shall be clean, free of damage, dirt, deformation and other mechanical damage, with the same color, and with specification, model and polarity identification;
2. The outer packing box of the patch buzzer shall be standardized and tidy, with product identification, and shall be free of damage, dirt and other adverse phenomena.
3. The product label shall be clear, and the content shall indicate the material name, specification and model, quantity, production date, product manufacturer, etc.
In addition to the above three points, we also need to pay attention to their specifications, models and polarity identification when inspecting buzzers, and try to ensure that the incomplete character identification is not less than three-quarters of the whole character, and there are no bad phenomena such as unmarked and unclear identification.
Next is the inspection of dimension.
We can use a caliper tool when testing the buzzer size. Use a caliper to measure the buzzer body size, pin spacing and pin size, and then conduct trial assembly with the corresponding PCB board after testing.
In addition to the above two inspection standards, in the daily use of patch buzzers, it is also necessary to ensure that their production date should be within half a year, otherwise they will be rejected. Only when the above points are fully achieved can their use be guaranteed to be within the operating specifications.
